analysis my diet please!

    could some one help me out and analysis my diet. thanks!

    Breakfast: 2 weetabix with 2 glasses of milk
    2nd meal: protein shake slice of bread
    3rd meal: pasta with red sauce/ chesse maybe tuna in water. other times potatoes with vegetbles and meat or fish.

    training

    4th meal: protein shake peice of fruit.

    then drink milk every 2 hours.

    Try drinking water instead of milk, little and often
