Chavez was really something that's for sure.

 

Kostya Tszyu was my favourite fighter and I remember him beating a shopworn JCC and wondering why he hadn't retired; probably loved boxing so much. Given my manlove for KT, I still believe prime JCC, with his granite chin and unrelenting pressure, would have beaten / stopped KT. That's the best compliment I can give JCC; although Sweet Pea did deserve the win against him without any question.

 

Same type of "fans" who scored Lopez vs Loma 118 to 110 and couldn't score a football match.

 

I think he was one of the top 20 to 30 best fighters of all time p4p. His level of focus and consistency was practically unmatched. No he wasn’t always pretty to watch but he got the job done against a hell of a lot of good fighters

 

Agreed,,I think once he went north of 135 pounds he had to be carefully matched

 

I think he's a great fighter, but I can't put him in the top 5 of the all time great lightweights.

 

Yes he definitely would have beaten Tzyu if prime.
