Anchor Bolts for boxing bag

    Hi, I'm new to this sport - so need some advice pls:
    - Can an Anchor bolt in a concrete ceiling suffice for holding up a boxing bag?

    Just used anchor bolts to secure a folding squat rack to a concrete wall. The house is coming down before that squat rack!!!
