Zbik totally outgunned Chavez in their fight. Sturm whos said to be featherfisted had a totally different impact on Zbik with his punches and is on a completely different strength level than 175-180lbs Chavez. Chavez' just a glorified bum

 

Not true anymore. While this was true a couple of years ago, he really has improved in the power department. Felix is not a big puncher by any means, but his freakish accurate jabs permanently hit the target with enough power to complete the job. There's no denying that his jab is the best jab in the middleweight division.

That said Martinez could be better overall but we don't know really till both fight it out...and hopefully it is now clear that Felix is not a featherfisted bum. He's good, he's constant, he's top conditioned - all in all he's very difficult to beat.

 

Zbik was much sharper in the Chavez fight, that's why it's unfair to compare Chavez' performance with Sturm's.
