I think it becomes TRUE racism when it gets in the way of how they analyze a fighter, their standing, career and overall legacy. I think it's pretty much ok to support whoever you want for whatever reason just so long as you give kudos when it's due and don't let your bias be it national, racial, ethnic etc. get in the way of your objectivity. That's my view personally. Pretty Libertarian as far as that's concerned.
So wanting to call people out on their hypocrisy and bs is "trolling"? Ok, if that's what trolling is you're right.
First 4 rounds where feel out rounds, then Uysk took over. I don't know what people like, but I really enjoyed it. Ward can bore me, though I've liked some of his fights. Mayweather is Mayweather. Just too damn good.
I agree that it's fine to support whoever you please. But when you start despising boxers from your own country because of their skin color and start dickriding all of these white boxers from other countries, don't you think that racism has a part to play? I get it if these white americans loved GGG, but didn't bring up Floyd, Ward etc much. But these guys hate Floyd, Ward, hell they even hate Crawford and Spence now.
Did you read my previous post? "Really? I see most Mayweather/Ward fans hype Loma up and give him massive credit. Where is all this hatred? I 100% agree that GGG gets a lot of hate from Mayweather/Ward fans, but I've rarely seen any hate for Loma, and as for Usyk, no one even talks about him." If there is hate for them it's so minimal that I barely notice it. I've always called people out on their bs when it comes from an overwhelming amount of people. The same way I've called Floyd fans out for shitting on GGG when it was getting out of hand.
Why in the hell would Bellew fight someone with only 10 fights Perhaps after about 10 more bouts and maintaining an undefeated record, maybe then he would be prepared to face off with Bellew to be honest
That's true but it was also an aberration, not his style, due to a huge step up in opposition against a very solid Champion who was consensus #1 or #2 in the world while going for a title in his 10th fight. I was slightly disappointed with his more cautious approach but i also know how unlikely it is i'll ever have to witness it again.
Cos Usyk's a strapholder? Tony can be a bit of a bellend at times and he comes from the wrong end of the Mersey but he's got honour.
He's been talking about unification but in my opinion it's because he realizes that losing to his mandatory Briedis is almost as likely as losing to the other Champs in Lebedev and now Usyk. Why not roll the dice, get a bigger payday and give yourself the chance at a bigger prize. Unification is the higher reward, similar risk move for him.
Man, if you start using your adversaries' language you've already lost. You like that Ukrainian style you just go ahead and say it. **** what other people think. I like Floyd, I like Lara I like GGG I like Ward I like Kovalev I like all the lesser known fighters who give their all and find a way to win or at least just give their all trying. You really gonna allow having your thoughts pulled this way and that by folk that you believe are racists anyway?
Usyk is a very good fighter, thought he would become a world champion................and now he is!!!
