dont forget hamed would have been the unified champion if it wasnt for the corruption, they stripped his belt each time he won a new one.

only one was caught on camera but watch it the splash was huge, it was more than one cups worth....we were sitting farther to the left of where they guy was.......There was abour 4-5 guys that did (including me and one on camera) the bad part is that the majority of the beer fell on our seves and other spectators.

At the time I didn't dislike Naz for being an arrogant hype job, I was more annoyed that the bout was delayed for the stupid broadway entrance :deal

it was a one-sided ass whipping, I can't remember what the score was, but if it was that close on the cards those judges need glasses.

Normally I pull for any southpaw. Yeah the guy's a great showman and all, but he's a quitter. No respect for that.

    Hamed was a featherweight.

De La Hoya was already headlining PPV fights while fighting as a lightweight before Hamed won a world title. Decades before Oscar, there was Roberto Duran selling out Madison Square Garden (LWs had done that decades before Duran though) and making the cover of Sports Illustrated when he was a lightweight.
