When Angulo faced Kirkland he looked like a cancer surviver and gassed. Against Lara he was a light heavyweight w unlimited stamina and pressure. Lara handled the pressure fine. He lost 3 rounds tops. The most overrated fighter in boxing is canelo.

 

Lara was never in trouble in this fight. He got dropped but legs were fine when he got up and he won the rest of the round. He lost 3 rounds. If he didn't get dropped that woulda been a masterful Whitaker like lesson.

i'd favor lara over canelo and trout. neither of them are pressure fighters and he has better feet than both.

Na, if Angulo was able to catch him with a left hook. Canelo with his faster hands shouldn't have a problem counter punching Lara's predictable 1,2. Lara's low work rate will get him outpointed by Canelo. Trout's work rate was way higher than Canelo's, he outlanded Canelo big time but he didn't get any credit for it, why would Lara, with his lower work rate?

The big diff with this Angulo was his stamina after working with Conte.

canelo is an easy win for Lara..Canelk fight in the outside with is the comfortable distance for Lara to outbox him, the kid have no stamina and gas out after 5 rounds against feather fisted..Lara have great defence the only way to hit him flush it got to be applying relentless pressure but Canelo or Trout don't do that and the fighters who does have to eat those straight left rockets, get their skull broken and quit..

Cintron vs Angulo coulda gone eitherway. Plus Angulo looked like a cancer patient in that fight. Angulo won 3 rounds of the fight. I said if he didn't get knocked down it wAs a Whitaker like performance. 11-1 isn't a Whitaker like performance? You don't know **** about boxing my friend.
