So after Andre Berto compresses Steve Forbes' face into a "2 pound" sphere who should he defend against next?

BTW all jokes aside I got a lot of respect for Forbes. He's a savvy veteran and seems like a nice guy but he's just too small for the heavy fisted Berto.

Its a sad day when a fighter who hasnt proved **** in the ring is considered a champion.

There's been many sad days for the sport of boxing but it is what it is. Who should he fight next to prove to you and all the the naysayers that he is a worthy champion?

berto still has lots to learn, and I doubt he would want cotto next. He should fight a clottey or even a cintron

Would be an exciting fight for me because Berto and Cotto represent 2 of my 3 favorite fighters. I think it would be a very competitive match up and Berto could push Cotto to the limits. But at this stage it would be much to ask of Berto to fight a guy of the caliber of Cotto. I'd like to see him in with someone like Qunintana, Judah, or Collazo.

A fight against Cintron does make sense enlight of his recent signing with Dibella. If Berto were able to score a ko over the highly touted Cintron then it would do much in furthering his name. It would then setup a possible blockbuster fight against another Puerto Rican in Cotto.

When ever Berto is ready for a huge test Cotto will be there.

Let Mosley knock that hype train off the tracks.

I'd love to see it happen but I don't think it will unless Berto fights and beats a big name. As it currently stands, Berto is a high risk low reward opposition to Mosley and so I think he looks past Berto and eyes guys like Margarito and Cotto.

I agree...I'm really amazed that some are even giving him a chance. This isn't a sparring session with the Golden Girl...this is a fight with a hungry young, fast, powerful kid who can punch. I think Forbes gets Ko'd for the first time in his career. After watching his last fight, Berto looks like he's starting to put it all together. AB TKO 10.:good...and how the hell does Forbes even deserve a title shot at 147? This fight is just another Lou DiBella farce where he tries to milk ever dime outta his champion by having him make title defenses against smaller former champions. Did the same **** with Taylor when he had him fight 3 junior middlewights in a row.

This is probably the fight I most want for Berto. He needs to be tested by an opponent who is just as fast or even faster than him and Judah fits the bill. Judah should be able to land cleanly on Berto and im interested to see how he takes Judah's best shots. If seen enough of Judah to think that there's no way he can take Berto's best shots so ultimately I'd favor Berto by stoppage.
