berto is easily outworked and judah throws a lot of punches also his speed will cause problems

Definitely agreed that Judah poses as a dangerous threat. Especially since he fights out of the south paw stance so I would expect him to be able to land clean shots. Still I want this fight most for Berto because Judah's name would be nice to add to his resume.

I think Berto will win and i'm leaning towards a knock out victory for him. But he will have to be on his game. Forbes will show Berto stuff he hasn't seen before, its just a pity that Forbes doesn't have the power to severly test Berto.

If Berto is succesful then he should fight someone a level below Cotto, Williams, Margo and Clottey. Collazo or Quintana would be a good fight for him. Then Judah if Judah's still fighting at 147. If Berto is still undefeated after this then its time to take the stabilisers of and let him ride with the big boys.

Collazo, would be my preferred opponent, if Berto gets past the hard hitting, Tyson-esque, legendary, ATG, Steve '2 Pound' Forbes. That's a tall order, though. Berto is human just like the rest of us.

Berto needs to fight a contender thats in the top echelon at welterweight, because according to the ring magazine, he listed at number 10 behind Jackson bonsu, whoever that is. Berto definitely has talent, but i definitely want to see him prove himself against a credible opponent and Steve Forbes and Miki Rodriquez are not that at welterweight. Its a shame that Forbes will be his best opponent though.

Probably not. Forbes has a solid beard, and people overrate Berto's power, much like they overrate the power of anyone who looks muscular. Berto's greatest asset is his handspeed, not his power.

Anyway, Forbes isn't even close to world class at 147. At 140, he could be a contender, but he loses a lot of his mobility at 147, and his punches don't have enough power there to do any damage.

I'd like to see Berto face someone like Collazo or Jackson next. Someone who he should be able to beat, but who's a little tricky to fight.
