    This is exactly what happened.

    I don't see how Stevens managing to land a few 1-2s exposes Golovkin's defense.

    Golovkin more than doubled Stevens' power connects, almost tripled his connects overall, and quintupled his jab connects.

    So if Golovkin's defense is to be scoffed at, Stevens ought to be pilloried for his.

    EVERYBODY will be overwhelmed. They all talk before they experience Golovkin's touches. Slick boxers like Ward can avoid that touch and score rounds for a while, but not for 12 rounds.
