    Sox's should be on suicide watch tonight, the poor girl will most likely be rocking himself to sleep crying in a corner or in the bathroom slitting his wrists hahaha wish i could see the look on his face when his idol lost the title. Maybe he should have given Mundine another rematch instead lol... always knew Geale was a good fighter but not on an elite level with fighters like GGG and Martinez. Its funny how the Geale fans thought Geale could beat GGG yet he couldnt even get past Barker.

    There should be NO DOUBT in anyones mind now why Geale refused to face GGG. Simply put GGG would hve knocked Geale TFO.

    Tc you never seem to be happy, not trying to be a smart ass or anything, but you seem to be so bitter with Aussie fighters that do well and so happy when they lose. Is it for your own shortcomings??

    Yeah, it wasn't a blatant duck like when Mundine ducked GGG though.

    Given the circumstances, Geale would've been silly to fight GGG.

    I think Golovkin dispatches of Barker and Martinez relatively easily.
    Geale at least has a chance to last the distance - because he has good feet and appears to have a decent chin.

    I always thought Pirog and Korobov were the only dangers to GGG, just injuries have curtailed Pirog and Korobov hasn't came on as expected, I still think he'll make his mark in 2014.

    Don't bother mate. I have posted links that show that Geale made 2 mill from the Mundine fight and this link which should be OK because it's a ESB article which shows what Macklin and GGG got for their fight.

    GGG would have done the same thing if he had 2 belts and dropped 1 for a payday 6x better than what he would get to risk losing 1 of his belts and losing a massive payday. TC knows this but chooses to ignore it.

    Congratulations to Super Darren Barker winning IBF World title. Amongst the British born and bred fighters I have for many years thought alongside George Groves that he is the best technical boxer.

    Geale put in a great effort in a superb fight, one worth watching :bbb A bit miffed with the score but bull**** happens in America! Well done Geale you rocked Germany, silenced Mundine's mouth for a 7 months and made some $$$$$ cha ching along the way* :good

    IM not saying that Geale should not have fought Mundine , im saying that given his known obligations to fight GGG at the time and his voiced confidence of defeating GGG that he should have got that fight out of the way and then fought Mundine, Mundine is always going to still be there but if he didnt fight GGG he knew he was going to loose one of his belts. The only reason not to fight GGG is if they had a genuine concern that Geale could not defeat GGG, its called practice what you preach.

    In any event it was a good fight, always knew Barker could pull it off, this may set Barker up for a rematch with the ***y man Martinez.
