    Yeah it's an easy fight but with the Henry fight which happned in Romania you never know a lot of people thought he got robbed. I think Dawson thought I could go there win 8-4 and get robbed.

    The thing is that even here in Montreal, Diaconu does not have the same fan base than Bute has. Interbox, his promoters, was not even going to be close in their offer for the fight. That's why Gancor, the Romanian group, made a great offer, If I remember well, something like 800k more than Shaw.

    So, what can we do, I really wanted this fight to happend, in the U.S. or in Montreal.

    Ok then, tell me about the notorious robberies that took place in Romania? Romania isn't anywhere near Germany by the way. Let's not tar all European countries with one brush :roll:

    Chris Henry got nothing like robbed, that is complete rubbish.

    You are an idiot. It was a fairly close fight, most viewers had Diaconu winning, but either way it was a close fight. No ****ing robbery. Not every close fight that doesn't go your way is a robbery.

    I'm just going on what people said what happened in that fight since I've only seen the last round that was posted here. However you're right I'm not informed on what kind of decisions have gone on there in the past. I just wish the fight could come off, this type of stuff hurts boxing as a whole. I was looking forward to this great matchup of exciting fighters but it won't happen now.:-(

    800K more huh? That's a lot of money. I thought the Shark was bigger in MTL than that. I mean I know he's no Bute in terms of popularity but I thought he was a big draw???

    Just to give you figures, when he fought Hoye to become the mandatory, Interbox had to rent a film studio ( 700 +/- ) to show the fight because they would'nt even fill 5k in the theater of Bell Center.
