I'm a huge fan of Klitschko, but that is absolutely laughable.

what has being a klitscko fan gotta do with anything lol. we're talkin about vitali's opponents and who is in the hof.

briggs was the lineal hw champ by "beating" foreman. fast forward a decade and he became a titlist with a last second knockout. didnt do anything inbetween, but them two should be enough i think.

I think Zarate, he retired and years later he came back, maybe Foreman.

Well obviously the more HOF fighters Klitschko has on his resume, the better the resume is, which is why you're saying that Briggs and Gomez are Hall of Famers.

Briggs is not a Hall of Famer, not by a long shot.

Vitali has never beaten a hall of fame fighter.

but neither has Wladmir, so why the hell is wladmir rated by most higher than vitali, when vitali has the better resume ( i mean theyve fought almost identical opposition, except vitali was never bum raped the way wlad was in his 3 KO defeats)

The fact is this : both brothers have done all that they can do , they have dominated their era ( lets call it Post Lewis ) not one of the guys they have beaten would be considered hall of fame worthy ( with the possible exception of Chris Byrd only because he gave up so much height and weight every time out ) but that doesn't matter they can only beat whats there.

they are the best around right now and thats all anyone can ever strive for , and for that they (at very least) deserve respect , fan or not !

im not a klitschko fan at all :think:think:think

gomez made loads of defences. briggs was a heavyweight lineal champ. i think that is enough to get in the hof. we shall see in 5 years.

but to suggest someone has an agenda by discussing an unrelated topic exposes the way you view boxing yourself.
