I've revised mine very recently. Feel free to post your latest and pick mine apart. Who knows? You may inspire me to revise mine again!

Mine is a Resume/Legacy List. Being ranked higher does NOT mean a guy could defeat everyone below him, head to head. As such, I don't rate active fighters, whose legacy and resume is not yet complete.

Inactive Top 25 All- Time Heavyweights:

    01. Muhammad Ali
    02. Joe Louis
    03. Evander Holyfield
    04. Jack Johnson
    05. Lennox Lewis
    06. Jack Dempsey
    07. Rocky Marciano
    08. George Foreman
    09. James J. Jeffries
    10. Sam Langford
    11. Larry Holmes
    12. Harry Wills
    13. Sam McVea
    14. Sonny Liston
    15. Jersey Joe Walcott
    16. Mike Tyson
    17. Floyd Patterson
    18. Ezzard Charles
    19. Joe Frazier
    20. Joe Jennette
    21. Jimmy Bivins
    22. James J. Corbett
    23. Archie Moore
    24. Earnie Shavers
    25. Max Baer

I see a guy in your top ten who only managed three successful title defenses, one highly disputed with no rematch given, and went 0-3 in fights with guys in the top ten that went 12 rounds.

I see a 20+ defense champion who is absent not only from the top ten, but from the list.

All due respect. Liston, Holmes, Tyson, Frazier, Patterson to low. Johnson, Jeffries, to high. Shavers shouldn't be on here when Wlad isn't. You're still one of my favorite posters mate.

Did Shavers even had some belt?
I think he didn't had beated nor Ali nor Holmes and from 70 ies most notable boxers are Holmes, Frazier, Foreman and Ali while Norton too looks more notable than Shavers cos he once had beat this Ali and had strange decision loss vs Ali.

    1-Muhammad Ali.
    2-Joe Louis.
3- I don't want to get overpowered by anyone here, H2H he wouldn't make it in the top 20, but in term of accomplishments, i think he deserves this spot. So The number 3 should be :Rocky Marciano.
    4-Lennox Lewis
    5-Sonny Liston
    6-George Foreman
    7-Larry Holmes
    8-Evander Holyfield
    9-Mike Tyson
    10-Joe Frazier
    11-Riddick Bowe
    12-Vitali Klitschko.
    13-Jack Dempsey.
    14-Wladimir Klitschko
    15-Floyd Patterson

Mike Tyson is so overrated because people love his horrible and vulgar personality and I assume boxing style.

Best wins: Spinks (not even a heavyweight and was petrified and retired immediately after), the ghost of Holmes, Bruno, Tucker, Berbick....

Such a poor list. Got beat black and blue by Holyfield, Lewis, Douglas, Williams and McBride...

The only heavyweight champion to retire undefeated.
The Only heavyweight to make every single defense against the top contender.
Beat Ezzard Charles, Joe Louis, Jersey Joe Walcott, Archie Moore ex....all of them were past it, but it wasn't Rocky's fault.

Holyfield at 3? Tainted by steroids.

Dempesy? Who did he beat to be that high? Wills is arguably higher.

Frazier, winner of the FOTC, at 19?

    Archie Moore as a heavy?

Ernie Shavers? Did you intend to write that?

    No Wlad Klitschko? Really?

You got 1 and 2 right, and the rest are fairly subjective. I don't agree completely, but don't have a problem with them, either.
