I have always liked Anderson and feel he has too much in all departments for McIntyre although I think he is a better boxer than some think, I struggle to see him beating Anderson. With all our Scottish boys no doubt licking there lips at an all Scottish battle for the British crown, how do you think it will go. Live on Sky should be decent enough for about 7 or 8 rounds I reckon before Anderson closes it out Views?
Anderson wins by stoppage in the first half of the fight. McIntyre will try and box on the back foot all night, but it's only a matter of time before Anderson catches up with him. Ando will be too much, in every department. Keeps the belt for good, and moves onto bigger things
Think it will be a tougher fight than most people think but i agree that Ando just has to much for McIntyre. Also on a personal view me being from greenock and McIntyre from paisley hope he loses in that sense! (west of Scotland people should understand that!)
Ando might never become an elite fighter but he provides elite entertainment He always comes to fight and has never disappointet his fans yet
Someone I know was not too impressed watching Anderson train recently. Might be relevant- might not be....
I always look forward to a Kevin Anderson fight. Enjoyed watching his last bout against Jones - both fighters didn't disappoint and hope its the same with this one.
Funny, I heard the opposite before his last fight, not heard anything this time. Ali isnt around, so I guess that's one of his main sparring partners out. As for views, Anderson inside 4.
exactly mate in there paisley slums, they look in the middin for something to eat, they find a dead rat and they think its a treat, in there paisley slums! Good old 'Ton song!! haha!!
They just said that he was distinctly unimpressive in his workout while they said David Barnes was in awesome form. Mind you kevin doesn't strike me as been someone that would shine to a casual observer so it probably means nothing.
When's Barnes due to fight again? Still only one loss on his record, although for some reason it feels like a couple more.
See that hot prospect Paul Appleby is fighting on this bill. He will be challenging for his first pro title in only his 10th bout. If Appleby wins this his promoter says he is going to push for him to be a mandatory option for John Simpson's British Featherweight Title.
Over tae this side of the pond, we once had a brilliant lad from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia by name of Mickey McIntyre. He was as tough as they come and a terrific combination puncher back in the day. Pity there's few like him left.
