Anderson Prestot vs. Robert Świerzbiński & Christian M'Billi Assomo Hallier vs. Ilya Kharlamou RBR

My pick is Prestot via brutal KO; even though his stoppage ratio is relatively low, I think moving up to middleweight has made him not only more effective than at welter but a great deal harder-hitting. Exponentially, almost. He wrecked Kamel Adesselam in his last outing.

 

Oh damn. Well, then I get to watch both of the more "prestigious" bouts (in terms of hardware on the line) - but am probably going to miss Solide, who is among my favorite current prospects. You cool w/ taking over the RBR when I gotta jet?

 

Round 1

Świerzbiński is ducking the hard jab of Prestot. He resurfaces and Prestot is there waiting for him, very accurate jabs coming like machine gun fire. Looping right & left hook by Prestot, rocking Świerzbiński as he sways backward and sweeps out his own wide counter hooks. HARD underhanded right on the belt line and stiff jab on the face by Prestot in succession. Prestot walks through a Świerzbiński 1-2 and lands a short right hand and chopping left hook on the nose. Świerzbiński is huffing & puffing already, dancing away, kicking his inner heels together in a lateral trot. Long jabs pushed out by Świerzbiński from a tight guard webbed to his face as he cheats his body an extra 45 degrees clockwise away from Prestot. Świerzbiński ducks and surges upward with a flurry of high right hands and wavy lefts to back Prestot off, virtually all of them missing or picked off. Prestot keeps pressuring and drills Świerzbiński behind the left ear with a right hand, then follows with a left hook that Świerzbiński just barely ducks.

This is fun - but absolutely no way do we get twelve whole rounds of this.

 

Round 2

Świerzbiński's brow is getting prodded with very stiff jabs, backing him across the ring, bowing and scraping, leaned to one side, trying his best to spring upon Prestot at intervals like a cornered animal, raking at him with claw-like right hands windmilled form behind the rear hip, but unable to fend him off. Ramrod double jabs by Prestot busting their way through Świerzbiński's wrists and stamping him on the chest and chin. Heavy right hands behind the head by Prestot when Świerzbiński exposes it by ducking low directly in front of him. Świerzbiński keeps just narrowly swerving away from Prestot's right hand and left hook combos, bent away from him above the waist as he scissors his legs in a freewheeling glide.

Props to Świerzbiński, the Pole is fighting his guts out. This version wouldn't have needed a gift over Jackiewicz, IMO.

 

Round 3

Prestot unleashes a barrage of facial jabs and body uppercuts on Świerzbiński, blowing him like a hurricane into the ropes. Świerzbiński goes down to a knee. Up. Body shot a moment later, down again. Prestot is annihilating him with those body shots. 1-2 by Prestot as soon as Świerzbiński rises again, rocking him. Left hook downstairs, hurt badly. Świerzbiński down thrice and waved off.

TKO3!!

 

Prestot has blossomed into a legitimately decent European-level contender.

A domestic clash with Diego Natchoo would be tremendously fun, and I think winnable for Prestot.
