Cheers guys some great comments there and I read some out to Kenny tonight in the gym. What you see is what you get from Kenny. I can see why people would get the wrong impression after the weigh inn last time. But there was a good few things going on behind the scenes that led to that, added to the fact we had just taken a ridiculous amount of weight off him all added to him doing what he did.

    Good luck for the fight.

I'm a big Groves fan but still want to see a good fight.

As I have posted before I really want to see Anderson in againt Degale. So hopefully no-matter which way this fight goes Kenny puts in a decent performace that could land him that shot.

Heat of the moment I guess for Kenny..Just thought he came across badly like a thug, and this aint the streets but then ive just seen a really good guy demeanour loved the way he was humble and get on with it attitude in that interview. He will get alot more fans outside of Scotland if he carries that on, and keeps progressing with his boxing.

Again his interest should be boxing, but also how he comes cross to fans, as they are the ones who want to watch him and how he gets paid. Also I know alot of people on here think I know nothing about boxing but if you guys say you know Kenny personally. Few good little things you could say.

From the first fight, Kenny is deffo the stronger man, his maximul strength is deffo the better of the two BUT i think Kenny knows this and somewhat forgot to box a bit more himself, he just walked him down and got huge success but also allowed Groves back into the fight. I reckon it would give groves huge headaches, if he walked him down hammered him, then backed off. It would confuse Groves that bit more, if you constanly walk him down, then Groves wil eventually sussed it out as he is a clever guy and will read it. When Kenny had Groves hurt, he walked him down but George got the hang of it, and started to bob and weave out of the shots, if Kenny does hurt him again, back off and let groves come forward...you will bring him out of his element.

    A. Booth will also have instructed Groves to box and move, and not engage...listen to what Booth says in the corner.

Its an interesting fight...but I think Groves wins it on points as he will hit and move, never engaging whilst Kenny walks him down.

But hey there are better guys than me to break it down. Good luck to both men.

Groves in a pure chess match boxing style fight, wins...also

The key for groves as in the first fight is combinations to the body and head. He will start the combo's to the body and finish to the head. This is what did Kenny in the first fight.

Groves problem in the first fight was when he danced a bit too much without throwing shots. He does need to plant his feet againt Kenny so that his Jab makes Kenny think twice about coming in. It's no good flicking a jab at Kenny on the move as this will not detur him.

Anderson has a solid chance, Groves is rubbish under pressure.

Well every time we have seen him under pressure so far he has come through it, including against Anderson.

Though I would agree Anderson does have a solid chance. But for me I think Groves will be a clear winner!!!

He ran against DeGale, flicking punches all night. Hardly convincing to suggest he deals with pressure well considering DeGale is a relatively weak puncher and not a natural pressure fighter.

Floored and more to the point on jelly legs against Anderson, a domestic fighter albeit a decent one. Looked completely lost when Anderson got near him, his defence was all over the shop.

Groves does not impress me, his power is mediocre and he's going to get smashed as soon as he takes a step up and faces a noted puncher. He looks frail, his style is uneconomical and unnatural. Maybe even in this one his time will be up.

    Am I missing something here?

Anderson comes across as a complete and utter plonker, he was about to blame his poor performance on dehydration until he realised it'd sound like he was making excuses. Who has he fought of any substance other than George?
Groves by KO before the 8th.

for me personally groves stood in the pocket too much...that why he was on ***** street. if he boxed and moved back and sideways more it would hve easier.
