    Like anything in infinity.. it's a measure of power..

    But there's no way an Anderson Silva kick is less powerful than a punch from Evander Holyfield or Carl Froch..

    It just means you could downplay your power if you're not accustomed to the measuring..


    But it's definitely a measure of power..

    Fighters learn to release the power AT/ON the target. These machines judge power based on punching THROUGH the target. That's why a boxer can look rubbish on it and an average joe can throw his body through it.

    The punch you land on this machine is a low percentage move whereas fighters practice strikes that will actually land without compromising themselves.
