yeah he looks moderately lean at 185 and soft at 205, I couldn't imagine Anderson at HW

He looked the same size as Forrest, who walks at like 240. Anderson Silva could carry weight to HW without much work.

Why is this man smart enough to realise this but not realise Machida didn't win 5-0. The maths doesn't add up.

It's easier to lie for a friend; just human nature.

Ah, that little bugger - human emotions. Loyalty and what not.

Arona did nothing on that fight other than taking Fedor down which doesn't score in Japan, Fedor scored tons of points by beating Arona with body punches

Arona couldn't really do more than take him down, GnP was limited to the body. The fight took place mostly on the mat, and Arona was winning that aspect of the fight; he didn't just camp out in guard. He didn't "just take him down" either, he advanced position several times, and had he been able to would have been in a good spot to land some serious blows to Fedor on the ground.

He probably should have got the victory, but it was not clear cut by any means, and it was hardly the worst decision RINGS made.

It's not like it was the current Fedor in there, and its not like it was a full on MMA fight, by today's standard, but some people just can't let this fight go.

To make it sound like Fedor dominated or even clearly won is just denial. He may have snuck a close decision because RINGS rules were so strange, but to make it sound like Arona couldn't have also got the decision is just wrong.

About Anderson's size, he's bigger than many, if not most think. He's 6'2", and according to his manager Ed Soares, walks around at about 220.
