I really think Silva will shine, because i'm sure Randy will come up with the better gameplan for Forrest, and he will make Silva earn his paycheck, but in the end, the accuracy of Silva and the lack of power of Forrest should do the difference I think, although I would have never favored Forrest over Rampage or Shogun, and what happens?

    Forrest could put an upset

Yeah, Griffin is such an easy opponent for Anderson :huh.

A guy that has one of the biggest hearts in MMA. A fighter that performs at his BEST when he faces "greater" opposition, i.e. Ortiz, Rampage, and Shogun. And now he will be fighting arguably the sports P4P best in Anderson Silva.

Yeah, Griffin won't be a tough fight :patsch.

I agree 100%. I don't think he'll be able to hang with Silva on the feet long, but he will be able to take him down MUCH better than Leitas did and will be the biggest combo of size and skill that Silva has faced in the UFC by far. Griff is pretty solid on the ground and I wouldn't be shocked if he took Silva down and pounded out a decision. Something like the first round against Henderson for three rounds.

You arent a very bright person I think. As much as my english suck, I don't know how you can take my comment and imply i'm saying it would be the same fight between fighters with the same talent.

Silva wasn't afraid of being hit by thales. He was concern of being taken down. Leites is known for his BJJ that is why silva kept it standing.

Don't be too overconfident. Remember what happen in the shogun-griffin fight. Griffin shocked the world with his win over(the best 205lbs at the time)fighter.

Griffin is naturally bigger than silva and we dont know how good silva's chin at 205 lbs. It will be interesting too see how well he takes a 205 lbs fighters shot.

Atleast Forrest will MAKE him fight. I'm kinda pulling 4 Forrest just cause of andersons bad attituted lately. But, with Forrest's questionable chin it might be a quick night 4 him.

I think this is a relatively safe LHW fight for Silva. Forrest could cause him problems as far as size and strength, he'll probably out wrestle Silva and manhandle him on the ground (if he gets it that far) but Forrest has little power in his punches (kicks on the other hand, wow!) and his chin isn't exactly stellar. Silva should beat Forrest fairly easily in the stand up and I think it'll be a first round KO, but it is Forrest and he does have that unquantified ability to pull out victories you didn't think possible.

Good point, Forrest will bring the best out in the spider, it should be a good fight & 205 is the best division in MMA right now.

    A. Silva, Wanderlei, Rampage, Forrest, Jardine, Evans, Liddell ?, Machida & Shogun.

    Somethings gotta give.

Irvin is the size of Randy Couture, Silva treated him like a rented mule.

Now Griffin is a better fighter than Irvin but boy He likes to bang and if a guy like Jardine could outslug him without an iota of proper striking technique, he would be crying again when Anderson K him TFO!

You have a point, I do see Griffin on the canvas. But on the other hand Griffin has improved immensly since Jardine. He is a little more patient. Still I say Silva could be a 205 king pin with ease......
