Just looking at Mousasi's record... it's amazing that this guy only took a total of 6 minutes to finish: Hunt (super heavy kickboxer) Manhoef (super fast & powerful striker) Sobral (experienced vet..BJJ expert) Souza (one of the very best BJJ participant in mma)... All 4 , finished in the 1rst...
Mousasi I also have that gut feeling. IMO we are looking at the Fedor of 205 right now this guy is a cold, caculated killer and has no emotion in doing so. I think Mousasi would get him down, gain the mount and finish him within the 1st 2 rounds.
mmmm its a coin flip for me. Mousasi is getting real good, and is YOUNG. He isnt in his prime, and when he will be, Anderson will not be fighting.
Anderson still, so cagey and experienced...although Gerard will bring out a motivated Silva, it would be something to watch because the guy has only fought on first and second gear in his UFC stint... I mean think of this guy in hindsight..because I know many of you (and ESB MMA posters are most knowledgable) still dont get Anderson...This is the man who over 5 years ago toyed with Murray and uppercutted Fryklund with his elbow for the KO... Now fast forward, if you see that move now this board will go nuts...Silva was doing this **** ages ago and he is 10 times improved as a fighter now, hes ****in lost interest in his opponents he wont even put his hands up to defend. Gerard is a fantastic young fighter, Im a fan, but I wouldnt pick him against this present version of Silva.
