    Kevin Maree put Andersons name forward it says .Steiglitz is allowed to make a mandatory and the winner must fight Abraham within 90 days only if mandatory is a top 15 but under another WBO paragraph it can be changed if a top 15 isn't available .Anderson will take it at short notice if a top 15 isn't available .:bbb
