BJ has said he is expecting to fight on this card too. If things go to plan and there are no major injuries, we should have some quality cards in the coming months.

This is expected to be a huge card.

Silva vs Belfort - UFC 185 title
BJ Penn vs TBA - UFC 155 title
    Hughes vs Gracie

UFC 113 is supposed to have Machida vs Rua and Evans vs Rampage.

UFC are putting together good cards.

I understand people are hyped on Belfort being back, but honestly Anderson should be fighting Hendo at this point. It should have been Anderson vs. Hendo II and Belfort vs. Marquardt, in which case the winner of that fight faces the winner of Silva-Hendo II.

BJ facing Edgar is better than Maynard, if you ask me, so I'm happy that's happening.

I'm not surprised that a UFC event is taking place over there.

A member of their Royal family has bought (Or is considering the purchase of) a piece of the UFC franchise.

I do however wonder what the event atmosphere will be like. I understand that many Arabians are fans but imo a "Western" crowd is what makes the atmosphere.

They may find that it is like fighting on a Pride card!

I agree Edgar has maybe a 1 percent chance and that is by getting a cut. How can BJ be beat at Lightweight you cant outbox him, you cant KO him, you cant submitt him, he is impossible to take down, he doesnt cut, his cardio is outstanding at 155. I love Edgar thought but hes so small I wonder if he cuts even 2 pounds to make that weight. Imagine him at 145 good fights there for him.
