Why does no one talk about this fight.. It's either Lara, Canelo or Ward..... I think Andrade is not only a live dog but the likely winner. :deal Andrade is one of the best boxers in the game right now, he's a bad styles fight for GGG who's defense is not very good. I see him winning UD12 what's your opinion?
Because Andrade, after talking about that fight had the chance to pursue it. His promoter did all the legwork to get him the Korobov fight for the WBO 160 belt, where a win would have made him a beltholder on HBO's side of the fence and obviously put him in position to get a unification whenever he wanted. After his promoter jumped the hoops and did all that, Andrade himself pulled back saying its not what he wanted and said he would stay at 154. He himself turned down a HBO headlining title shot at 160. Despite his talk about GGG and 160, and despite his inability to get lucrative fights. He had the doors open up to him and he slammed them shut himself. Thus few people still take Andrade seriously, let alone at 160 to say nothing about GGG.
I think you need to understand there's levels, looking good against Lemieux doesn't mean you're gonna look against a good boxer like Andrade!
Bingo. I still think Andrade has potential, but the dude shot himself in the foot with some of the career decisions he's made.
Let me tell you a true story. Killer whales, also known as Orca's, are one of the most majestic mammals in the ocean. Even though they are porpoises which are known to be friendly, killer whales can be vicious and have been known to eat seals, dolphins, sharks, and even other whales. When killer whales are hunting their prey, they will chase them. They'll bite, antagonize, and torture them. A killer whale will play with their food before they eat it. They take it in its mouth and fling it outside the water, throwing it around. Propel from the water and land on top of them. Then, they'll allow it to swim away, following behind it, and repeat. The prey, whether it be a seal, dolphin, or shark, may look like it's being successful in not being eaten. The truth is though, the only success the victim is having in not being eaten is because it's being allowed by the killer whale. Simply put, the killer whale is playing with their food. Once the killer whale is done playing (whether it be because the prey is exhausted or the killer whale bored) it will then grab the victim, kill it, and eat it. Game over. Golovkin is the killer whale. Monroe is the seal. I know it scares you to believe there is a monster out there that actually lets an opponent hit him to "play with his food" but he is real.
