You said he's fighting cans. The last man he fought was Canelo.

I noticed how you never addressed my reply to you regarding Clenelo and his "always fighting top competition".....

You can't be taking easier options against domestic British/Irish level guys when your on top of the world stage like Golovkin is.
There has to be some sort of standard and it not like Andrande is some bogeyman or anything. Nobody even rates the guy.
To put it into perspective , Nick Blackwell gave Saunders a harder fight than Spike did.

He lost to Mayweather, got a gift against GGG, arguably lost to Lara, couldn't even put a dent in old Cotto and Trout is a B level fighter.

You seem to want to ignore the fighters he fought who where welterweights, coming of long layoffs, coming in off losses etc.

I wrote it all down for you.

Canelo, Jacobs, Brook, Lemmy, Murray, Rubio, Geale, Macklin, Proksa, Stevens. There's some low level names in there as well but overall it's a decent resume imo.

Yeah I totally agree I mean Spike lost to Eubank n Saunders already and the last guy he beat looked mentally weak so why that win should put him in the mix to fight anyone top ten is beyond me.
I’d also like to see him fight an Andrade or a Charlo and of course Jacobs again would be amazing but we all know that’s not gonna happen now on short notice.
I’d take Andrade comments with a pinch of salt personally as we’ve seen this before with Eubank jnr and I remember when folk on here would get on Golovkins back about Lara when Lara’s happens own management said there’s no chance it’d happen.
Guess what I’m saying is whilst Spike is a no show replacement these other guys who step up on social media are often a far cry from being in a position to fight.

It was a pretty weak division though wasn’t it Isal?i mean imo since Canelo and Charlo have moved up and Possibly Andrade added to guys like Jacobs and Saunders who we know a bit about it’s now one of the hottest divisions in boxing.
You can’t help but think Golovkin had a lot of wasted years as a pro beating guys he should beat and by the time Jacobs stepped up he looked disinterested with the whole thing to be honest.
Andre Ward aside though I think you know Golovkin would of fought anyone in his weight class and I’m ok with that as he’s been a career long Middleweight.
You know how Paulie M has a thing about about modern fighters jumping divisions like it were nothing and how only PEDs have made it remotely possible?I tend to agree with him on that score.
