Andre Berto regarding Mosley

I kinda agree.. He just can't pull the trigger anymore.. I saw a dozen times Saturday where a younger Mosley would have decapitated Mora, but he just didn't throw the punch.

I don't think he gets stopped either, so I say a close UD for Beto. Based on activity.

 

Berto is talented, but he gets hit a LOT. More than Mora would most likely due to the evening up of stats.

I would fall out laughing if Mosley put him on his butt! LMAO!

Not an easy fight to assess. Mosley is aging and looked awful in his last 2 fights however those were against slick boxers. Berto is a young speedster but certainly has his array of shortcomings. I'm not quite ready to commit to predicting one way or the other at this time.

 

This makes the fight more likely than ever. Berto's cherry pickin ass is ready now.

 

To be fair to Mosley the last two guys he faced were boxers. Berto is a slugger and doesn't fight smart so Shane may still win even in his current form. The only thing I worry about is his uppercut but I'm disappointed that now since Mosley looks old he wants to fight him.

 

I agree. Hopefully those sub par showings make Berto get off of twitter and into the ring.

 

This is how I see it playing out if they fight next year.

:-( to all the people upset bcuz the man didn't fight Mosley due to the earthquake. You mad you don't have the same freedom at your job? They can fight whenever the hell they choose to whenever the hell they choose to.

By the time this fight happens mosley will likely be 40, IMO Berto isn't all that great but Shane doesn't have it anymore, will likely look similar to Cloud vs Johnson, with the younger fighter winning soley due age.
