Berto's chin is average and he fought a tough vet and was hit by a punch he didn't see. I wouldn't be so quick to call a fighter's chin glass just yet. The key is he still recovered and won the fight.
No way the guy would have been finished. You could see it in his eyes that he was more disapointed than hurt. He got up fine. If he was hurt, he would have been reluctant to pursue Rivera later on. The guy is a winner.
Berto's chin is solid...even a light-hitting pro fighter can put anyone his size down with a good shot to the jaw...and Berto didn't see the punch, which made the impact worse...like i've said before anyone can be dropped, even ones with good chins...
I got nothing against Berto Caps. He hits relatively hard, good skills, very very fast on his feet and has impressive handspeed... it's just a shame he can't take a big league shot, because he has the tools no doubt. I'm just telling it like it is mate.:-((
