I watched the fight today. Terrible shoulder roll defense lol. So i guess the plan was to use the shoulder roll for D, and fight in the pocket, looking for a KO! Wow did this backfire smh. As some stated, Berto is not slick enough, nor does he have the footwork to pull this defense off. Leave it to Mayweather Berto lol

but just keeping it real, Berto's ring IQ is his real problem, he's all bronze no brains, and robert is a thinking mans fighter. I knew this was coming .

Never liked this guy due to his ugly style and this has sealed it for me

 

Shoulder roll against a southpaw who throws combinations doesn't work. Broner got away with it in his last fight because his opponent didn't want to throw combinations. Look at Mayweather against Judah and you'll see that Mayweather used a high guard, he has a boxing brain unlike Berto.

 

I knew that it was still a good idea to venture in GD occasionally
