I'd like to see Cintron or a rematch with Collazo as well.

Don't blame him for making public appearances and making his face known. Thats how you get your name out there, thats how you become a superstar. He obviously doesn't want the Collazo rematch, I mean in his eyes thats moving backwards and thats something I can understand. He obviously doesn't want to dip into the JWW pool again because that simply isn't a legit title defense. Mosely's priced himself out of negotiations but then takes a fight with Clottey that wont generate anywhere near as much money. Then there is Zab, and defeating Zab right now doesn't say too much. He says he has a date in Dec. From the looks of it he's either fighting Hlatshwayo or Aydin. Whatever, I'm just trying to see him back in the ring. He's on that bridge between prospect and respectable champion, I just want to see him cross it and soon.

It's crazy that Berto can be a unified WW champ without even facing a top 5 welter (assuming he beats Hlatshwayo). Almost as bad as Linares and Valero being 2 division champs.

 

He had an HBO date if he was willing to fight for 3/4 of a million dollars, but he turned it down. What kind of punk does he think he is that he deserves more than that to fight a no-name? Berto isn't all that well known himself and isn't really in a position to be turning down big money fights because they don't pay enough. If he wins a few of those fights, it might put him in a position for a REAL big money fight.

 

what do you want him to twitter about, how hard he's working in the gym? he can twitter about whatever he wants as long as he continues to beat every man put in front of him.
