I'd rather see Berto against Cotto or Pac or Floyd, Clottey fell off the radar for me he's a non-factor in my eyes, where the hell is he anyway?

    Berto is not pac.

I think it would be close to 50/50. I would favor berto by ud but not by much. Getting blown out the water from a guy like pac doesn't mean u suddenly suck. People need to chill with those kinds of generalizations. And who has Berto beaten that would lead anyone to believe he would just walk over Clottey?

If Clottey is a non factor, how is Berto any more a factor? Yeah he's undeated, but that's about it. He hasn't faced anyone worth a damn for his whole career.

Berto's trying to go from the kiddie pool straight to the deep end w/o even testing the water.

Absolutely no one. Berto should be facing the Clottey or Cintron before thinking he's entitled to Cotto, Pac, or Mayweather.

Pac and Floyd are on top of the food chain and IMO I don't think Berto at this point deserves a shot against either of them. Berto needs to test himself first against the likes of Cotto, Mosley, or Clottey so he could earn recognition from non hardcore fans and justify his campaign for a pacquiao or mayweather fight.

Interesting fight. I don't think Clottey is going to be nearly as overawed by Berto as he was by Manny and to a lesser extent, Cotto. I'd also say this is a step-up for Berto. For all of his glaring flaws, Clottey is a class above Collazo and Quintana, let alone Urango.

Yeah Berto has fast hands, but he tires and Clottey will find counters. This could be a surprisingly good fight if Clottey hasn't completely lost himself mentally.

Berto is a Champion, undefeated, beaten some decent opponents, fast, powerful, hungry and at welterweight is the best thing going outside of Pac/Floyd, Clottey gave a **** poor effort (or lack thereof) against Pac and last i heard was supposedly running to 154, he doesn't perform well down the stretch and is not exciting, lost his last shot at the title hasn't fought since and immediately following a pathetic loss, you think he deserves another title shot, please.

I know you dislike Berto and Floyd, i've seen numerous post of yours and no matter what your opinion of Andre will not change but i stand firm in saying theres no one at welter more deserving of a shot at Pac than Berto, not Clottey and not Cintron, i would not care if those two ever fought again.

If Floyd and Pac don't fight eachother then who the hell are they suppose to fight, or are you one of the 5 fans who likes the Mosley v. Pacquiao fight, i think Berto is a good option and the only good option at welter for Pac or May if he's not then you tell me who Mayweather should come back to face and who Pac should have really fought besides a past it Mosely.

Clottey had no fan recongnition, neither did Margarito nor Diaz but yet they fought Pac come with anther excuse for Pac not to fight a young Champ, Mosley's done once his fight with Pac is over and Cotto is at 154 on a washed-up tour fighting the likes of Mayorga and a planned Margarito rematch.

But but but they were established fighters who had won a fight against a good fighter before... Not recently, but you know before. So Pac can get credit for beating the name after the fighter is on the downfall.

    Pac beats Margarito
    Pac beats Clottey
    Pac beats Cotto
    Floyd beats Mosley
    Mosley beats Margarito
    Margarito beats Cotto
    Cotto beats Mosley
    Cotto beats Clottey
    Margarito beats Clottey
    Clottey beats Zab Judah
    Clottey beats Diego Corrales

This is how things work. Guys beating each other out

Now here comes Andre Berto, undefeated.
Berto beats who??? and now he deserves a shot against Pac or FMJ?

Clottey should win this fight, but he would prolly find a way to blow it. The guy is very capable of beating alot of people, but just cant get it done

You guys can ***** and moan all you want but those guys fought eachother in the past it's the present and only good opponent i see for Berto is Cotto and he is at 154, letting Arum dictate who he fights Mayorga and a Margarito rematch so he's out once Margs beats his ass again, Clottey please someone tell me where the **** he is at, he lost to Pac for a title shot and dissapears allegedly moves to 154, hasn't fought since and immediately deserves another shot at a title i think not.

Cintron doesn't deserve **** after his heartless failures against Margarito, his lame performance and KO to Sergio and his swan dive out the ring against Paul, so i have no interest in seeing him get a title shot right now let him reinvent himself, Hmm that leaves.... no ****ing one thats gonna satisfy fans like you.

Now i would like to see good young fighters get those shots fighters like Kell Brook, Mike Jones and Selcuk Aydin, it's a new age **** these has been fighters like Cintron, Clottey and soon to be dismissed Cotto.
