clottey by KO. Berto is so damn open to the left hook - the ****ing guy gets tagged with it every fight and cleanly. Clottey has an excellent left hook and will land with ease. Berto needs to work on his defence.

dude - clottey is a ****ing nightmare for anyone at welter. His defence is top notch and he can double, triple up on his shots extremly well. I really doubt berto's handlers or berto himself want anything to do with him if they want to land some money fight and cash berto out. Speaking of Berto, I just saw his cousin or brother or something fight on Elite XC on showtime and the man got ROCKED by this knee shot this guy landed. If anyone hasnt seen that shot it is truly unbeliveable.

Berto is a future talent but shouldnt be rushed. I can see how a fight with Clottey will benefit him though win or lose - he does need tough fights soon as he is in the tughest division.

Quality fight, gotta love the welters!

I agree, Clottey would stop Berto. Berto gets hit pretty easy.

I see people saying Clottey will stop Berto. I'm sorry, but there is no way in hell Clottey would stop Berto. Clottey couldn't even stop a faded, chinny, defensively challenged Corrales who was coming up two divisions and making his debut at WW. Oh yeah, Clottey also weighed 175 lbs on fight night. I like Clottey, but he hasn't looked too good in his last couple of fights. He has hand problems, he doesn't hit too hard, and he gets tired. I would favor Clottey, but it's a closer fight than people in this thread are making it out to be.

I like Berto but I think Clottey is way underrated and he KOs Berto. Too big and too strong.

Honestly, I don't know who wins. Clottey's a good all around fighter but tends to wear down as the fight goes on. Andre Berto is a good prospect who has shown lots of upside, but has yet to get in there with a top fighter. I would love to see this fight happen.

I think Berto should work on his defense before a fight with Clottey.. I'm not to fond of Clottey, but I do think he is underrated and a top notch fighter in the WW division.. Clottey over Berto by wide UD..

mann it like this berto has a better offence then clottey but clottey has a great defence. depends on witch guy gets off first and imposes his will. im a fan of both fighters i would drop watever too see that bought. i tend too lean more on berto though he will most lickley be the one with the judges favor . both guys have power. but berto is more active punches win rounds my people

Clottey by knockout. Joshua has problems getting past the elite at 147 but Berto is not elite and I think his strength and ruggedness gets him past Berto in this one.

Clottey late round TKO or wide UD. Either way I wouldn't put my money on Berto.

    Clottey easy

to big, strong, and has that winky wright ear muff defense. His jab would smoke berto.
