I'm talking right now if Berto is to have a few more fights before facing the elite. How would you see this one unfolding?

Too soon for Brock who, whilst he is a good prospect, is not ready for guys of that standard just yet.

Berto appears a better and more proven version of Brook. He is fast, more powerful etc

Berto is so over-rated but he would still beat Brooke. Brooke hasnt fought anybody yet.

Berto isn't all HBO has him cracked up to be, however he has been in with a decent level of opposition so far in such as Forbes, Collazo and Urango so i think he'd be too much for Brook. Berto fairly wide UD in a good fight.

berto would dismantle kell...kell needs to fight tougher opposition, before we can truly judge him.

kell coudl prolly beat forbes. but collazo and urango i think are a different league.

urango may not have the boxing skills but his aggressive southpaw manuva is a hard one to figure out.

Urango is underrated by some. He regained his IBF LWW title by comfortably outpointing Herman Ngoudjo, who many people had down as being robbed Malignaggi and Castillo.

he will always be a tough opponant. even berto a very well schooled and good all roudn athelte was resorting to pot shotting and clinching.

but anyways you win some robberies you lose some robberies.
naoufal en rabah was making a fool out of him...

on the subject of kell. does anyone feel like he leaves his chin up to much?

Yeah but that is because Brook is just a baby still. In two years if he keeps getting better like he has done then I'd say Brook will win by late stoppage!

Brook leaves his chin up because he wants people to come at him. Berto don't have that natural skill.

Stop bluffing. Brook leaves his chin up because his defence is poor, and he's been fighting poor opponents and that breeds bad habits. He leans back as a form of defence and can't throw a straight right without sticking his chin in the air.

He's an average talent IMO that has been the beneficiary of soft matchmaking to make him look better than he is. What he actually is...a moderately fast counterpuncher with good sense of distance and timing, but ordinary power and awful defence. Basically fodder for good pressure fighters and world class opponents in general.

Even though I think Berto is a HBO hypejob and has nowhere near as much talent as people make out he would beat Brook handily.

Brook's been made to look great by his last few opponents and it would be very difficult for Brook to get past Euro level. THe likes of Aydin and Bonsu would give him problems.
