Source at the enescay (is that correct pig latin?:huh).

I this match up being very interesting, ecspecially considering Bailey will (most likely) be considered the bigger puncher of the two.

We all saw what happened, when Berto fought the relatively light punching Collazo, and was hit clean. But then agaisnt the heavier hitting Urango, Berto completely nullified his power a was never really in danger. So I wonder if Bailey can land his money punch how Berto will be able to stand up to it.

Obviously Berto will be the better boxer out of the two, and will most likely win a decision, but it will most likely be interesting until the final bell (if it makes it that far), if Bailey doesn't get too tired to throw bombs.

Berto Tko10 Bailey, after both fighters meet the canvas.

But I really am on the fence... I fell Bailey has a real chance in this.

    Thoughts?

Berto would stop him. randall is obviously a dngerous puncher, but Berto is naturally a much bigger man. Randall probably walks around almost 30 pounds lighter than Berto. Plus, Berto sruggles more with slick boxers. I think Berto by TKO 6

Berto takes him out early. Bailey has a weak chin and was past it 5 years ago. He doesn't even deserve a title shot. This is very disappointing.

Well Bailey was well on his way to winning a second title eliminator in December scoring a KD in the 1st, until a freak accident in the 2nd caused a NC.

He'll be cashed in around the 30-0 mark I figure.

I've got a lot of respect for Bailey, at 140. He has been one of the better, and avoided 140lb fighters for the past decade. Yes, he has gotten more cagey, and fights smarter now that he is past it, but he's definately not on Andre's level. Bailey can hit, but I'm thinking Berto can outpunch him.

Thats what I figure, Bailey's sheer power will keep him live in this match, at least for awhile.

But unless Bailey fades terribly late, I figured he will be dangerous until the final bell, if it makes it that far.

I was also a Berto fan, but he say's he has nothing to gain agains Cintron, and you mean to tell me that he can gain something by fighting Bailey? What can he gain. He'll make less money and probably finish the fight sooner. That's all.

Berto would likely stop bailey around 6 rds. Bailey is like a modern day shavers. The guy can pack some punches but he isnt the best boxer and loses at the elite status. That being said I would never miss a randall bailey fight if I can help it!
