I don't know about Tim moving up but I would lean towards him too. After seeing Berto/Mosley, I'd probably have a more definitive answer.
Apparently Berto beat Bradley in the amateurs Bradleys' looked more impressive in recent times. It would b a close one but i'm goin with Tim for now
Berto was a powerful little guy in the amateurs. I remember watching him lose in the Olypics. A fight I thought he won by the way... Anyway, I say Berto by late rounds KO. I don't trust the chins of either of these two and Berto is defintely the bigger banger of the two. Although right now I'd say Bradley is the more complete fighter.
I'm going with berto. He is a much sharper compact puncher. Bradley wings alot of shots and berto is the more sharper, precise and faster puncher. I think berto would hold all the advantages in this fight and beat bradley by UD. Bradley will be on him the whole time and the fight will be close round by round but I think berto dropps bradley atleast once when bradley comes in over aggressive, open and off balance like against holt.
I dont like Berto but i think he wins. Alot stronger, possibly faster, very hard to hit cleanly. It would be an exciting fight and close contested just I find it hard to believe bradley would be big or strong enough to do what Collazo Urango and Forbes could not do.
berto might have the mental edge and probably beat bradley in 3 rounds, but it's a different deal in the pros. not so sure how berto would handle bradley in 12.
I'll take foty candidate and slightly leaning towards Bradley, but if Berto beats Mosley I think Clancy's maxim that a fighter gets 50% better after winning a championship will, in that hypothetical instance, make Berto another 50% better; he'll be dripping with with ideas of his own invincibility...I dont know, but I sure as **** would love to see that fight at any weight.
I would love to see this fight! I would lean toward Berto being the better combination puncher with more pop IMO.
Berto is pretty big, to people suggesting 140 Berto isn't going down to 140. If this fight gets made it'll be at welter. How heavy does Bradley come in on fight night?
