on the scene, for nutritional and conditioning purposes. added to the list of fighters who have joined forces with him, donaire, ward, chambers, and so on. More and more boxers working with Conte to get the maximum results out of their performances in the ring.

Conte seems to be working wonders for Ward and Donaire. So why not for Berto?

Berto needs to learn how to box, Pernell, or a Mayweather would be advisable. Hopefully he gets a new trainer. Some one who can turn him into a slick defensively sound boxer puncher, instead of being a wild and speedy slugger.

I think everybody is looking to take advantage of the current drug testing methods while they can. If Pacquiao is going to become a star behind it then other guys are gonna try to even the playing field until they change the testing methods.

I really hope Floyd get boxing to change there testing methods for the better!

I agree. That stuff won't work as he steps up in class and he found that out against Ortiz. He needs to learn how to jab and counter better, working on his supsect defense wouldn't hurt either.

Oh god, please shut up. What the **** is Floyd actually doing to get this drug problem out?

    - Commissioning research into the issue?
    - Lobbying the regulators for better testing?
    - Getting a public awareness campaign going?
    - Taking actual Olympic Style drug testing?

No, he's doing **** all except for making him and his opponent do a few tests throughout their training camps. Absolutely pointless.

I can't believe you actually buy into that guys ****. He does not give a **** about drug testing in the sport, if he did then he'd be doing the stuff I mentioned above. But he's not, his only concern is himself. Stop being so ****ing gullible.

any body who works with this piece of **** in my eyes cant be trusted

the guy has a past he knows steroids and testing inside out and he knows how to beat the system and has done it before

i think anybody who employs him should be viewed as suspicous

i dont know if berto could win a rematch but i will say this i dont care who trained him or what hes one or whatever he fought a very stupid fight vs Ortiz

1st 5 rounds or so he sat on the ropes never looked like his legs were under him and seemed to just wait for one big punch almost relying on his power that he thought he had after that 1 round blowout and stopping Quintana

in the mid to late rounds Berto jabbed and moved more and slowed the pace down and took some of those rounds in my eyes

Berto kinda squandered his career got a belt had it for 3 or 4 yrs but has nothing to show for

in my opinion as ****ed up as it may sound he shoulda fought Mosley, Mosley clearly isnt the same though if he hit Berto with what he hit Floyd with fight over

but Berto isnt the only guy to have a tradgedy in fight camp

Douglas lost his mother and used it to beat Tyson

Berto i think committed career suicide not taking a winnable fight vs Mosley

You're an idiot and you clearly don't even know what Olympic drug testing entails. You just recycle the same factually inaccurate **** that Floyd and his crack head relatives tell you.
