    Brandt is very good, he will prepare Ward nicely for Kovalev.
    Brandt is one of the best in the business.

    Brand will improve Cotto/Canelo PPV numbers, so Ward deserves his share of profits.

    Ward is a joke now, it is a real shame because after super 6 he was on top of the world. We all expected so much more.

    These possible opponents are just embarrassing.

    Um, Alexander is 24-1 and lost a SD to Jack.
    Its a good tuneup fight, likely better that Smith.
    But its not really worth a PPV spot, unless its the opener.

    Is he moving up or not? If he wants to fight SMWs, he can at least defend the WBA title. If he's moving up, he should at least fight a fringe LHW contender, if not someone like Pascal.

    Or even just any actual LHW.

    Brand has never fought outside MW/SMW, every single one of his KOs are random Columbian journeymen (take a look at their records), he won a UD over an American journeymen and lost to Jack (SD though, which is something).
