Andre Direll should be super 6 favourite! Not Ward

Hes done it in 2 fights about 20 or so times, its ridiculous

 

all the people saying Ward is tough and has good ring smarts - is that cause he got away with some many headbutts against Kessler or is there anything else he has done to show this?

 

Dirrell with the hardest time in the tournament... Froch..Abraham and ward.

ward: kessler..green and Dirrell to be his toughest...I think the opposition that Dirrell faced already has him readliy prepared for anything Ward got for him.

Yes...And maybe if Green knock him out,witch i would love.Maybe then some of the boxing writers/proffesors will be more realistick about ward,insteadt of: The future p4p king ect. ect.

 

Nah. I dont know what it is about Direll, Im just not a fan of him at all, that said his performence against Abraham was good (Even if it did look a little like he would have been stopped if the fight had gone on) but there is no way he beats Ward and I think Green would spark him out.

Direll will NOT win the super 6.

 

He has a gold olympic medal and he was impressive against miranda .. took some decent shots also .. I think its obvious that he is a thinker in there

 

How do you think Dirrell will respond if Ward starts using the same tactics he used against Kessler? That's really my biggest concern.

 

I agree. Derrell should really be the favorite over Ward, but Ward has slightly more POP in his punch so fans like watching him more than they like watching Dirrell.
Dirrell is a pure boxer and since boxing is now filled with UFC fans mwho don't understand the ART and really wish to see Ground'N'Pound introduced into boxing, they really don't much like Dirrell's style. No wonder. These guys would not much like watching other pure boxers like Sweet Pea or Mayweather.

 

I dunno they probably won't be friends anymore lol. But seriously I think this will be a chess match that I will enjoy or a sleeper I won't(hopefully a chess match I'll enjoy). I don't think Ward will use his tactics against Dirrell.

 

Ward is a much more consistent fighter than Dirrell. While Dirrell can sometimes perform at higher levels than Ward, I think Ward's mental strength will give him the edge in their fight.

 

Dirrell and Ward are the 2 very best supermiddleweights in the world

Oh snap I forgot Ward fought Miranda I'll check to see if it's up on the tube....nope unfortunately but I've seen it before thankfully.

 

put your money where your mouth is then cause the odds are good and Dirrell sure as hell ain't the favorite.

I actually have a bet riding on Dirrell to win the tournament at 25/1 which I put right after he lost to Froch.

 

I think he is skilled and quick and all that but i dont think he has the heart or guts to win the whole thing

the second he gets in trouble he runs or falls or something

Abraham could even beat him in the rematch

Kessler would be tough

Froch was razor thin I thought he lost

The only guy he demolishes is Green

so i cant call him a heavy fave

at this point i have no fave since they are all 1-1 just waiting for ward's 2nd ffight
