Andre Dirrell is going to make mincemeat out of James Degale, and that's a fact.

Because he thought DeGale was beneath him? Now DeGale is in a better position for Ward to consider fighting.

I really, really doubt Ward thought DeGale would be someone who would beat him.

Favour Ward to win but I doubt he avoided the fight because Degale was beneath him I mean he is fighting Smith next.

    Are you kidding me?

    1. He didn't win

    2. He was on his backfoot literally 80% of the fight.

Hahahaha the fume in this thread. I actually scored it a draw myself. No way this can be called a 'robbery' for either side though. Drop your bias for a day people

Hearn, Degale, Ward, Hunter all have never said Ward was going to fight Degale in Novemeber. Would not make sense considering Ward was still in promotional dispute. Lucky for Degale, he might not be champion today.

Even Degale knows he's beneath Ward.

    Is "mincemeat" slang for "champion"?

I selected DeGale however I underestimated the heart, I thought it was gone on Dirrell, of AD and he did over come a 10/7 round.

    It was a great fight:thumbsup

No but there is a brand of dog food called Champion and I'm sure I remember there was also a brand called Chunky many years ago too.

James ''Chunky'' DeGale vs Anthony ''The Dog'' Dirrell. :think

No, he didn't make mincemeat out of him, but he made him look a damn fool for 8 rounds.

I scored it with my own criteria and Dirrell won, who are you to tell me my method of scoring is false?

    1. Effective aggression
    2. Ring generalship
    3. Clean punching
    4. Defense

With these 4 criteria, I had Dirrell winning 8 full rounds.

    Which resulted in 114-112.

It was a very close fight and that's how I scored it. That's how many others have scored it as well.

I don't care what the OVERALL MAJORITY feel. A lot of them didn't score the fight, they went by what the judges said.
