Dirrell to ESPN2 against Ossie Duran. I guess 50¢ ain't taking no more chances his guy gets beat.

Duran is 28-10 and looks to be a small middle weight ffs.

He just fought Cunningham. He needs to step it up more than this. I think 'half buck chuck' is clueless on what to do with Dirrell. Chuck is making a play to take over the ESPN FNF cards. Freeze out Arum and GBP.

Looking at the record of the guy he is up against, I'd say technically, no.

I know it's ESPN FNF, but god damn it they should have some standards. Ossie's a solid journeymen at 160 and a tough sob at 154, but at 168 vs a big 168 who'll have the speed advantage to boot. Waste of air time.

From what I recall Dirrell allegedly had a serious brain injury and his career was in question, was that real or all hype because I find it hard for any commission in the states to allow him to fight under those circumstances I am guessing it was all hype then.....

The KO by Abraham was real. AA doesn't get a free shot and miss. In terms of the lasting effects? That I don't know but we do know he hasn't fought much since. Maybe he got James Toney's doctor to give him an examination? :think

Dirrell is already an ATG in my eyes, he just be putting them cherries on top of the cake at the moment.
