Dirrel's last fight was for the WBO title eliminator. Denis Inkin (who is the WBO champion) will be fighting his mandatory Karoly Balzsay in January 10. Most likely Dirrell be fighting another solid opponent (probably Andre Ward) before taking on the winner of the Inkin vs Balzsay matchup. It looks like Andre Dirrell will be world champion soon.

Yeah Dirrell is ready for Inkin, he doesn't need to fight another prospect.

It's easy to underrate Denis Inkin. I wouldn't though. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. He is not flash, he is not exciting, but he is effective. If I was advising Dirrell, I'd suggest he gain more experience before taking on Inkin.

Compare his fights to Andre Dirrell and than tell me if you can say that with a straight face.

Dirrell should have another 2-3 fights before going for a title shot. There's no rush.

Yes. That is indeed Denis Inkin. Of course, Dirrell, if he targeted the WBO title, wouldn't get to fight Inkin, unless Inkin beat Balzsay, who is also a good, experienced fighter. The winner of Inkin vs. Balzsay might not be a world beater, but he won't be a push-over champ either.

    Dont get carried away,mate!

Dirrel was running faster than Ottke in his prime in yesterday's encounter with the very limited and predictable Oganov.
Both Inkin and Balzsay play in a different league. I for my part will not bet my money on Dirrel against either fighter.
And by the way Inkin's victory over Balzsay is no sure bet at all. Balzsay is far better than Inkin 's last title challenger Zuniga.

    Euro bum??

Oganov is no european, mate! You obviously know **** about europe! He stems from Russia which is no part of europe neither mentally nor culturally.

Bum? Yes, he is a very limited, predictable, and one-dimensional fighter.Thats for sure! Nevertheless, there are countless talented and gifted fighters in the countries of the former soviet union. And by the way those black Americans are no match for our boys-neither in the amateurs nor in the pros.
