DeGale vs Froch would be target practice. Bad style match up for Froch.

Yeah. I think Dirrell would win a rematch in a close enough fight.

117-109? Hardly fair. The other cards were okay, without the knockdowns the best that Degale would have had was a draw but as he was losing the 2nd before the two knockdowns he would have lost by a round.

He said that in response to a poster saying that Chunky would be robbed. Context, mate.

I had it 114-112 like the other two judges. Wasnt happy with the way Degale took his foot off the gas and didnt have the pop in his punches from the 7th. Took the 11th and 12th for me though.

Froch would KO degale in the later rounds if they fought.

Hopefully they'll ask Froch about GGG in the next few mins...

Needs to be an instant rematch...even in Britain.

Um, the COMMENT I WAS RESPONDING TO implied (jokingly or not) that it was a fix...exact words being "DeGale is throwing this so hard" - as in all parties, including Dirrell & DeGale, were in on it. Like a pro wrestling match.

What you're describing isn't a "fix" in the correct sense, that's a robbery.

I was riffing off what the person I quoted said - as in, had there been a backstage handshake deal between Hearn & Haymon with the fighters agreeing to have it pan out a certain way so that a predetermined outcome played out, then DeGale almost bungled the play by going off-script and nearly stopping Dirrell in the 2nd. It was just a joke.

...but I guess if you misconstrued what I meant by "fix" (reading it as "robbery" and without noting the context of what I was quoting) I can see where you were coming from. :good
