I can't see Bute stopping Dirrell. Dirrell went 12 rounds with Froch and would've went 12 with Abraham had Abraham not hit him when he was down. So Bute would probably need to win a decision in this one. I don't see that happening. Both these guys are counterpunchers. However, one of them is longer, and has faster hand and footspeed. That fighter is Dirrell. Bute has been beating up on guys who come right at him and play into his hands. Dirrell won't do that. Dirrell will keep the fight at a distance and I'm not sure if Bute can win a fight like that against a longer, faster fighter.
Arguably AA has more power than Bute and dirrell was leading quiet comfortably before Abraham was DQed. If dirrell doesn't make it to the nxt round, this fight has to happen. Dirrell by 4 rounds for me.
yep Dirrell is too fast and skilled and slick for Bute he would control him from the outside and outskill and probably stop Bute unless Bute lands a lucky punch.
atsch....Bute would school Froch badly...A little bit harder with Abraham but he would still get the job done...
Bute won't never hit harder then AA but he will always hit 500 times more a fight! don't compare them !
Bute's natural disadvantages plus Dirrell's higher quality of opposition and willingness to fight on the roadtips the scale for me. Dirrell UD.
I like Dirrell, and I've been impressed by how quickly he is improving. However, I can't see him hanging with Bute for 12 rounds. I think Andre would do really well for 7-9 rounds, and then run out of ideas.
