Kessler, it will probably be ugly but he will win by pumping the jab and maybe backing up Dirrel Dirrel hasnt proven to me that he can beat Kessler but who knows
Dirrel in a tough fight vs Froch threw it away by becoming inactive and giving away the middle rounds by not fighting til he pulls out a tough fight vs a jabber who comes forward i will favor Kessler, unless he looks awful vs Stieglitz I like Dirrel, think he has many physical goods but he still has a lot left unproven Kessler you know exactly what you are gonna get, Kessler outside Calzaghe and Ward has been very dominant on the world level
kessler went life and death with a no name victim , dirrell at least knocked his out in the first 5 minutes. kessler will stick to his usual safety first approach to picking his next set of bums he fights
So Kessler has struggled vs versatile boxers with a speed advantage then? Dont remember Kessler being too dominant against Froh. Unless you mean having to have a toe to toe war to eek out a decision in his hometown as dominant.
Kesslers best wins......yes....but a gift vs Froch? NAH.....Mikkel took the fight. Kessler's problem has always been his skin and most folks know this. That said, IMO, he'll get the WBO then Bute will outbid Ward and take it from him. Dirrel will simply have to wait 2 more yrs until Ward has fled to LHW and until Bute vacates in the chase to finally get a fight with the lil *****.
and Dirrel blew it against Froch sometimes being superior in athleticism or power or maybe even skill can let you down vs a more experienced or smarter or more complete guy Kessler is a solid textbook boxer with much experience im by no means short changing Dirrel but at this point in time i favor Kessler
Hmm Ward's southpaw stance seemed to confuse Kessler. Kessler is primarily a left hook and jab dominant fighter. A very hard punch to land against southpaws. Something else to think about.
