Is this a joke. Valuev slow and plodding? I agree he is getting on a bit and has slowed down, being robbed by Haye prooved this but Vaulev is still one of the most agile HWs.

I guess going the distance with Valuev must have been Holyfields greatest ever performance then.:think

I cannot deny the Ruiz fights marked a shift in his form.

Valuev is a circus act. I think Dwight Howard with 3 months of training would whip his ass. Not to mention countless NBA and International Big Basketball players. He's just a big ass guy who couldn't play any other sport and is just to big for the normal heavies. The guy doesn't have an athletic bone in his body. He's stiff as a board. Never thought anything was impressive about him besides his big stone face.

Nobody with only three months training could beat a half decent fighter, nevermind someone like Niko.

As for a circus act like Valuev vs Dirrell. Valuev would be the first fighters in history to go 12 rounds without landing 1 punch the whole fight.:deal:lol::lol::D

Dirrell would eventually break his hands on Valuev's stone face and slap his way to a win . Dirrell could prolly pull a willie pep and win a round without throwing a punch :lol:

IMO he isn't decent at all. Just a big ass guy with a stone face.

No matter what your opinion is on him, no one with only three months training could beat a experienced fighter.

The only circus act in "SNV VS Dirrell" is the slippery banana peel Dirrell

I would agree 99.9% of the time. Not with a guy who's only asset is size and stone face chin. This is the only guy I would make that statement about ever in the history of boxing. Maybe three months is too short. Just saying someone of equal size and real athletic ability would already be better than him in a short manner of time. Then as soon as they get the stanima to fight 12 easy they would beat him. Sure thier are other intangibles to look at for whatever individual would try buy we would never know that until post fight.

Maybe I'm wrong. I have seen him fight many times. It must be because everyone is much faster then, because It seems that footwork never translates to the fight . I never watch his training vids or anyone's for that matter, because everyone looks good in training.

Sugar Niko is in a category of his own, you cant throw him in as a 'white european', he is a 'Nikolai Valuev'.

Come on. Nobody looks THAT GOOD in training. Niko's just cut from a different cloth compared to other fighters. A very hairy cloth...

He is a 7 foot tall Harry Greb.
