Exactly. The Chincheckers don't all speak with one voice on every manibular analysis. Like any good group of thoughtful analysts, we examine the evidence through our own individuals lenses, and sometime arrive at differing conclusions. For example, Rico and I have long debated the origins of Roy Jones currently extremely fragile mandible.

Thus, there is no Chinchecker "party line." We are united in a belief in the central importance of punch resistance in boxing, but beyond this, we each bring our own, unique analytic perspective to the table. As it should be.

The chincheckers are hilarious. I am huge fan of Andre Ward, but his chin is concerning. Also, even after Kirkland vs. Angulo I still think his punch resistance is less than stellar.

What does any of the bolded have to do with him getting "knocked the **** out". So a punch is more violent in...Sandusky, OH than in Oakland, CA? His chin is more fragile in Dover, DE than Oakland, CA? Surely you aren't this ****ing stupid. Also name the fight where he's gotten a "home town decision", or it's even debatable that he lost...if none, what the **** difference does it make?

Andre Fraud has a Fragile Glass Mandible and that much is irrefuteable. Will Froch crack his china? I for one don't happen to believe so because the gulf in class and athleticism is stark, but if Froch does happen to land a good one on that disgraceful Chin, he will be hurt and hurt badly.

Glass Jaws Exist In Boxing. Andre Fraud has one.:deal

Really? He's heading into deeper water with Froch, than with Kesslar (who Ward dominated), even though Kessler was able beat Froch? The triangle means nothing other than, to act as if Froch is this grand challenge for an "untested" fighter is a bit much. Ward has been in with good fighters and all have gotten their asses handed to them, point blank. That's not to say Froch can't win, I like Froch and think he's a really good fighter as well, but Ward isn't the one going into "deep water"...Froch was (IMO) beaten by Dirrell and was 10 seconds away from being beaten by Taylor, Ward is better than both. Froch has shown he doesn't handle young, fast, athletic fighters very well. We soon shall see.

So being "hurt" or even "hurt badly" from a "good one" constitutes having a glass jaw?

Let me amend "good one" to read as "anything that lands flush on that disgraceful facsimile of a Chin". The first time Froch connects solidly, which could be a rare event given Ward's impressive defense and speed, Fraudre will be on jelly legs. The video evidence in this thread proves it. He has no Chin. None.

Fraud should stay away from a uppercut artist...

That thread is a troll and it is fun to participate.

The chin checkers have been spewing this nonsense about Ward's jaw since the start of the Super Six.

The rest of us are still waiting...and waiting...and waiting...

If he beats Froch and Bute, and moves up to LHW and beats Pascal, Cloud, Shumenov, Sillakh, Maccarinelli, and Barrera - we'll STILL hear from these idiots how he's hiding a "fragile glass mandible" and it's just a matter of time now. :blabla

    jmm was never really hurt.

ward was in serious trouble against two fighters with no punching power that also happened to land punches that had very little force.

Froch knows Andre fraud had a glass.
Hence his mauling style has been developed exactly to counter this.
