Why is SOB not required to take a drug test but Kovalev is?

SOB owns the judges and referee, everything...............why is that? SOB is a prima donna who lost the first fight, but how much will the drugs help him? If SOB can take drugs then Kovalev should be allowed to also.

Because they saw he could not beat kovalev the first time when they both did VADA and Ward needed the ref and judges to bail him out. They know they cannot get away with this a second time so they are uping the ante and not drug testing Ward while forcing Kovalev to do VADA again. But are people outraged, NO! All the cheating possible is fair game as long as their boy gets that W in the end. Yet they are the first to cry foul over anything that does not sit with them and if there is nothing they make stuff up like loaded gloves ect. ect.. it is as disgusting as it gets.
