What round was it again where Ward splattered down on all fours and had his butt in the air like a cat in heat?? Almost like he was offering himself to Kovalev to prevent further punishment. Also what round was it that Billy Goat tried to do his little pathetic Sugar Ray Leonard impression and got an atomic stick right in his face??

You could just remind people that 80 percent of the boxing community including all major western media outlets and fans scored the fight for Kovalev, some had it close others wide. It is difficult to give Ward a draw or victory. Ward would have lost anywhere else on Earth and possibly in other American regions besides Oakland or Vegas.

 

Ward calling someone else a dirty fighter? That's the pot calling the kettle black. So he "woke up" after the knockdown and just barely won a decision which he was lucky to get? Get the hell out of here. And there WILL be an immediate rematch because it's in the contract. I know Ward won't want to do it again but he won't have a choice

 

We all know Ward is very happy to let a lost cause get to court and lose. I'm fearing that's exactly what happens in this case as well. Rematch in court, lose a wide decision.

 

**** you are right. I think legally if Ward fights again he HAS to fight Kovalev in his next fight, but we know that Ward has no problem not fighting at all for a variety of reasons so he might just pull one of those long inactivities again. I sure hope not
