He got caught at the bell with a clean punch it wasn't like he was standing there defenseless with his hands down, it was not a fraudulent KD, at the bell is different than 2 or 3 seconds after.

Barrera is more than qualified at this point to take on Ward, he's from the Cuban amateur system, Rigo beat Donaire in his 12th fight Lara beat Williams in his 17th, trust me Barrera is ready, he's 34 and trains with Sanchez and GGG, he's a fine test for Ward. For the record I was also telling everyone who would listen that Yunieski Gonzalez would give Pascal hell as well, and he did.

Ward has never fought someone as big and strong as Barrera as a pro, and Barrera has more than a decent chance with those intangibles and how Ward will react to them playing in his favor, this is his real debut at LHW with a guy who has never let an opponent see the 9th round, that's pretty legit.

What makes you so sure? Just like I've been saying for a few months with Martin you guys are refusing to see just how good Barrera is, his skillset is being vastly underrated by all of you, the same thing happened with the Krusher who I was hyping as an underrated boxer before the BHop fight, I also said Deontay would outbox Stiverne. Trust me here, Barrera will push Ward to the limit unlike anyone who he's been in the ring with.

He will have his moments because he can fight but Sullivan isn't ready for Ward.. Too much to soon. He will bite the dust.:deal
He wins this fight and regains his seat as the no.2 p4p fighter in the world.

Let it go, Ward is too skilled, has a solid chin, and most importantly has the 'WILL' to win. Those guys Barrera fought don't mean that Andre Ward is like them and you know it. Not even Kovalev has faced someone with Ward's skill set.
CST80 you of all people should know better.:nono

Ward is arrogant because he "IS" better than any fighter from 160-175 hands down. You guys will have to swallow a bitter pill when he wipes 175 clean in 2 fights and claims all the belts again. As humble as he is , Ward is the anti Floyd and people are still hating. What is your reason, because Barrera is another victim added to the list come Saturday?:think

Barrera will walk through him and hurt him unlike anyone has been capable of doing to date. It will shock you how bad Ward looks, trust me and I'm not trolling you. Paul Smith is absolute garbage and he was tentative and careful as hell with him, and even Smith managed to hurt Ward once. Just like with Browne-Chagaev the skills aren't always enough.

Ward is going to get inside and try and ruff him up. I cant see Ward fighting on the outside for some reason. Barrera is a decent size guy could be hard to keep him on the end of a jab. Should be an interesting fight for sure.:good

It's not only his skills, it's his will to win... He's a winner and Saturday night will be no different. Barrera will lose and lose royally.

Ward like to punch and then clinch. He trys to do it all the time. He feints like he is looking for a jab and a one/two then he jumps in head down, lands and clinches right away. Lots of left hands. He will also try and walk you while in the clinch. Like he did with Bika and Rodriguez.

Kovalev will destroy Ward and it won't even be competitive, people love to say, but Ward's got a better inside game, I've yet to see anyone be brave enough to get close enough to Kovalev to try it, because they can't. The only guy who had any success was Pascal due to his ambush lunging style and even that didn't work. Ward may be the Son Of God but Kovalev is the Hand Of God. Rumsfeld is Ward's biggest supporter he thinks Kovalev will probably KO Ward, Hopkins and Mayweather who know more about Boxing than any of us think Ward shouldn't fight Kovalev, because he shouldn't.

I think it's going to be more of an inside fight, then people may think.. Barrera needs room to fight, if Ward continues to invade his space look for the Barrera to get frustrated.. And He may try to find a way out...:think

Will doesn't mean a ****ing thing if you can't take your opponents power.

What if Kovalev cant make 175 by the time Ward is ready? Kovalev could be a cruiserweight. He has the frame for it.
