Ottke 2.0 is Showtime's obvious preferred choice to win. As a black American they can make way more money off him as champion so the very idea that they would insist he leave his backyard to fight is utterly laughable.

He might manage to drag himself all the way to Las Vegas for the final (his uncle will still be refereeing it though), but that's about it.

I think Ward will struggle with AA more than Froch for these reasons, but you're also forgetting that Abraham can't fight on the inside at all. Ward will just smother him to keep him from getting off decent punches.

You don't know **** about boxing. Ward could beat AA by simply outworking him. AA fights in spurts doesn't like it to the body and can't fight on the inside. The only advantage AA has on Ward in this fight is Power that's it. The guy is hopelessly outclassed here. He gets beat at all ranges outside mid range and inside. Ward will be on his ass for a full 12 rounds he's mentally tough and underrated by most here because they think he's dirty.:deal

Not a chance, it'll be happening in the USA, no doubt about it.

No need to resort to insults, I'm a student of the game. Your avatar and username suggest you choose your allegiances by the colour of their skin. Each to his own. My considered opinion is that Andre Ward gets put on ***** street by Arthur Abraham.

I believe Ward's best attribute is his homecooked judges and ref which allow him to win any fight 120-108. I can cut through the hype and see a limited dirty fighter, some confuse that for ring smarts and technique, if Ward dares to leave his back garden and fight AA infront of neutral judges, he loses his advantage.

AA knocks him out 8-10 all things being equal... :think

About Ward's capacity to adapt to different styles, or capacity to beat you at all ranges like you put it... don't you think that, by knowing Bika had the potential to be dangerous on the inside, Ward should have fought him from mid range / outside in order to play safe? Despite being beat, Bika stayed where he wanted to be the whole fight. Very different than Ward-Kessler, in which Kessler was taken out of his comfort zone.

Will Ward play AA's game just as he did with Bika, or dictate the game as he did against Kessler? Allowing AA to lurk at mid range could be one hell of a ride for Ward... :D

Funny especially when considering I picked Froch to win the Super 6 tourney at the start of it.
The home cooked judges are just an excuse by Ward haters or Kessler supporters. Ward doesn't need those judegs to beat a limited guy like AA who has been exposed in two consecutive bouts. If you can't see the talent gap between the two I don't know what else to say. One is a one-dimensional go for broke slugger with a **** work rate who at times is clumsy swining wildly for the fences while the other is a skilled technician with the ability to fight and adjust to all styles the difference in class is light years apart.

Bika looked to set the tone early by making it a rough and foul filled fight. Andre wanted to show him that he wasn't to be bullied and beat Bika at his own game not to mention Ward is also an excellent inside fighter. If bika had elected to box with Ward he would have been schooled.:deal It's kinda like PBF-Hatton. PBF beat Hatton at his own game and proved that he could adjust to all styles and still be successful it's the same thing Ward did against Bika.

You mean kessler ducked Dawson. Get it right:deal.

Kessler would always have problems with a dynamic boxer like Ward. Kessler is too robotic with his 1-2 and can't adjust well enough to compete with Ward. Ward made Kessler look ordinary in more than one way. He had no answer for Wards speed, footwork or aggressiveness and basically quit down the stretch when he realized he was overmatched.:deal

You're making it sound like it was Ward's choice (of staying on the inside the whole fight)... why didn't he actually choose to school Bika and show loads of versatility, instead of beating Bika at his own game? I wonder what would have happened if Ward had tried to fight Kessler's fight vs the game plan he came up with. :hey

He was fouled by Bika and started to take it personally and wanted to show Bika that he was the tougher guy and prove to him that he could beat him at his own game. Ward is constantly improving and learning in every fight.

you got that wrong. Bika took Ward out of his confort zone and Ward could not adjust. Is true Ward won fair and square but also show us that he is not as vesatile as some of you guys want him to be. If he was versatile he would of adjusted and outboxd Bike ears off.

"Uhhh I am so good that I will make a rough fight for myself and fight your fight and win it to prove how good I am". THERE IS NO SUCH THING. THINGS DON`T WORK LIKE THAT.
