I think Bute would beat both Ward and Froch. That was a masterclass on saturday.

This is the only post in this thread, that has any kind of facts/analysis/explanation,to back up a prediction. :good

Johnson hit Froch with more punches than he did against Bute, and Bute won more convincingly than Froch did...
Froch gets hit by everybody he fights ,and using common opponents as measuring sticks,is very hit and miss.

Butes a good technician, has decent power, and seems to have overcome the lack of gas he had in Andrade 1,but lets see how he performs when he's getting hit, before making silly claims about him being a league above the other SMW world champions.

Bute's win may mean nothing, becuase of Johnson's decline. Indeed he is either done, or would be better off going back to LHW with more power. So Bute has still never fought any top foe. He may be the real deal, still can't be sure.

Its always like that, if he beat Froch after Ward, Froch is over the hill, if he beat Ward, Ward will be pure hype etc, etc, etc. Johnson is not an atg but Bute was just too good for him.

Anyway, even if Bute beat Froch and Ward on the same night, some will probably find a way to sh** on him. Sad, really.

What I heard in a Bédard interview a while ago, was that Bute was adamant in wanting to fight Andrade and nobody else. He is proud and he knew it wasnt the true Bute there that night. But as I said, even if he went the Froch way, chances are that Froch would have go to the S6 anyway.
